Ask us something elseWhat is a turnkey interior fit-out?
It means one contract covers design, construction, furniture and handover. You work with a single team instead of coordinating designers, contractors and furniture suppliers separately.
How long does an interior fit-out take?
It depends on size and scope. Our completed projects range from 28 days for a bank branch to 60-75 days for typical offices, and up to 180 days for large or specialised projects. Site conditions and approvals also affect the schedule.
Do you work outside Dhaka?
Yes. We work across Bangladesh, with completed projects in Dhaka, Savar, Narayanganj EPZ and Faridpur.
Can you renovate an office while our team keeps working?
Yes. For clients such as Microsoft, JTI and HSBC we planned modification work to keep disruption to daily operations minimal.
Do you only build, or do you design as well?
Both. We design and build projects end to end, and we also construct to designs prepared by other consultants, as we did for HSBC and for specialised healthcare rooms.
